This is a redesign of my http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:165440 - the position of the pin hole was just slightly off, it didn't close the window as tightly as it should; at freeway speeds, it was like have the window rolled down a tiny bit. So, I moved the pin hole a couple of millimeters, and that did the trick. And, since that one broke when removing the pin, I also redesigned it to be made of two parts to maximize the strength (to minimize the the reliance on layer bond strength). The parts should be printed oriented as-is to maximize the parts' strength in the intended axis. The hole for the pin may be a bit too tight; I used an 11/64 drill bit which made the hole loose enough to hammer the pin in, while remaining tight enough to hold the pin firmly. I glue the two parts together with superglue (lactate ultra gel control).
