I can try to help. I don't know of a commercial place nearby to get a high quality scan and print. I mostly do head scans and haven't tried full body scans.

There are some limitations to the type of scanner I have and the type of printer I use. The scanner is a consumer level 3d camera Primesense Carmine, it is essentially an Xbox Kinect with better optics for closer scanning. My printer is an Ultimaker which would only produce a single color plastic version.

If you wanted a color print you could try to send the file to Shapeways for their color sandstone print. I'd estimate a 5" statue with that process would be in the $50-60 range.
I'd do the one scan of the two of them for $15 or each separately for $30. The single color plastic print would probably be $10-$20 depending on size.

My 3d scanning is still in the early stages so I'd be willing to do the scan and email a model proof. And they can decide if they want to get the scan and or print.

I'm just a local 3d printer operator so I don't have a shop for doing scans. I usually arrange to meet folks at a nearby game store, Event Horizon Games for evenings and weekends. We could also do the scan at my cabinet shop in North Raleigh off Westgate Road if you needed to meet during the day.
