Thanks for sharing the file, now that I print a couple of them, I know that I could print and deliver around 100-120 pieces weekly.
As you can see in the pic, I put the two halves together to test if they would match and close with no problem; so far they work fine.
Pricewise, each piece would cost $5.5. I guess the color of the pieces does not matter. Does it?

Sorry for letting this slide; I was out Wednesday, Adrian was out Friday, and we did not get much time for discussion on Thursday. I'm also not sure which design he showed you. The design is a work-in-progress. We have a working design, but am improving on it to reduce material and print time. I think I'm currently on RevD, and am still not satisfied with the design.
Additionally, I'm not sure if Adrian told you, but the parts are delayed from our customer, so the time table has been relaxed a little.
I will get with Adrian today to see which design he showed you and try to get that file to you unless I develop a more satisfactory design first.

Here is a copy of the file. I've been attempting to trim it down to print faster and use less material, but the newer designs don't function properly, so, in the interest of time, this is the one we will use.
