3 Phase-VFD-Single Phase
I need some help deciphering all of this.

I'm shopping for a jointer and found an 8" model local to me that's 3 phase. From what I've seen a VFD would allow me to run it on the regular 220 in my shop.

But I don't have any idea what size to actually buy. For reference, these models typically have 2hp motors.

chloe.bw - That is a pretty question that you asked. And at this point, I have only in mind that you will need to check online for parts that will match the amount you have. For example, the one you already know, the measurements need to be checked compared to other objects. I can recommend you this amazing website - . Here you will see all the pieces from Allen Bradley. You can find new parts or used ones on the website, and most of them have a scheme with the piece included. Maybe you can check and finish your work there.
