I requested to cancel an order as soon as it was accidentally placed.

I explained in the "Contact Support" box that I wanted this canceled literally right after I realized I accidentally placed the order. I was getting used to the site's layout and this is my first time using a 3D Printing service. I even had the wrong model placed into the editor because I was just testing things to see how they worked. It is also the wrong size.
I have not opened the package and I still want to return it. It's really no use to the company because it's already printed filament, but I do not want to pay $12.50 for something I requested to cancel and got NO reply to on the contact form.
I am looking for some help from makexyz here. The forums, or whatever this section is, are very confusing as well in terms of layout. Very little navigation is here and if this is in the wrong section then please excuse my mistake.
