Long shot here but if anybody is in the outdoor commercial lighting biz or knows someone I need a quote for some lights and a formal lightning plan to be submitted for county approval.

rebeccakerr - Can light attract light? In simple terms no, Gravity does not attract anything as it's not a Force. According to Einstein, Gravity is a property of SpaceTime and merely caused by bending of SpaceTime around objects.
Light is composed of Photons which is really Matter made up of smaller particles which have zero charge, zero rest mass, and has a spin 1 particle . Google why Photon is matter even when having no rest mass, for further details.
When you say Light https://www.litelume.com/ can't escape a Black Hole it means that the Bending of Space Time is so great around a Black Hole that Light can't be deflected further and travels infinitely inside The Black Hole.

abraham11 - I have an indirect relationship with outdoor design. The fact is that I mainly design indoor lighting. I don't see any obstacles to collaboration anyway. The rules for working with light are the same everywhere unless you have some specific task. But I think we can cope with them without any special experience. What's important is that I desire to create and think outside the box. I did so with one order for the decoration of the hall. I successfully fit inexpensive <a href=https://www.vont.com/product/smart-strip-lights-led-strip-lights/>smart strip lights</a> into an expensive restaurant where one table could have cost $10,000.
