The gray parts from xyz showed an accuracy on the order of a couple of millimeters, warp was considerable and surfaces were extremely rough. The pictured parts were all supposed to be smooth, sharp, clean surfaces. A total loss for my $200 order of FDM PLA plastic parts. Contrast those with the cream colored parts from another 3D printer that were of excellent quality and showed upwards of ten times better accuracy. Unless there was some huge mistake, I won't be buying from makexyz again. Guess that's what happens when you buy blind and no concrete accuracy in reproduction numbers are offered by the seller anywhere at their website. You get taken for a ride and get junk for your money.
"leave 2mm between parts to avoid them fusing together." - Good advice since that's about the (unstated) degree of accuracy.
"the wall should be a minimum of 0.040 inches thick" - If you want a wall full holes and serrations.
"When threading..." - Can you thread a hard blob of goo?
