Flex filament printer source.
Hi
This is my 1st post on this forum.
Question I have is:
Who in the USA, Wisconsin can do high quality prints
using NinjaFlex 2 filament?
I have not seen anyone listed on Makexyz in Wisconsin
that may be able to print with this stuff.
I realize I'm being quite vague here, but I need a starting point.

Thanks

paeonius - Hi Gary, Im not in Wisconsin but might be able to give you some advice in regards to the model
what do you need when you say high quality
ninjaflex is a bit unforgiving with some models that have fine details on them

garyg - Hi Paeonius
Currently, I'm looking for consistent dimensions. from part
to part and order to order.
I'm building electric emt conduit adapters.
Imagine the rubber part of a Dremel tool sanding drum.
So far, everything I've had 3d printed used ABS or PLA.
Z axis resolution was usually .2mm.
From what I've been reading, Ninjaflex would work for things like
expanding bushings, hinges and boxes that fit things like smart phones.
I've had several items made that snap fit over top of a key fob for
garage door opening.
Any suggestions or comments will be appreciated.

paeonius - a z axis of 0.2mm seems really thin, might be a bit too fragile for ninjaflex
