Hair - how do you deal with it, or lack thereof?
This morning, when I was getting ready for work, I pulled a lock of hair out of my head. It was a small pile, but at least several times more than my usual amount.
I've been feeling stressed lately, and I'm also shedding more than usual.

I've always been one of those guys with thick wavy hair, although over the past few years I've noticed some thinning of the frontal part.

Despite the fact that I'm lucky with thick hair, I can't grow facial hair to save my life, and I can already imagine myself looking like a potato when I'm completely bald and clean-shaven. But on the other hand, it's probably not the best thinking for something that can't be helped, right?

This makes me wonder, since hair is such an important part of personal style, how do you guys wear it? And if you go bald, whether it's in the front and / or on top, how do you deal with it?

granolca - I agree that a lot depends on nutrition and that you may have a too stressful lifestyle. But if you remove fast food from your diet and add vitamin complexes, the problem will soon leave you, and everything will work out. When my hair began to fall out, I thoroughly revised my lifestyle.
