At the age of 33, I find that my hair line is receding. My hair is mostly pretty thick, but I get what I think might be called the horseshoe pattern.

Is there anything that can be done to prevent further hair loss or even reverse it?

Is hair transplation an option? My hair dresser said no.

For now, I’m just trying to be careful whenever I wash my hair and comb it, not using excessive force. Not sure if it matters, but I will be more careful.
