how to choose a CNC milling machine?

I'm building a CNC milling machine that I plan to buy from the https:www.steppermotor.fr site and I'd like some advice on the choice of stepper motors I plan to use.
The control board will be a 4-axis hobbycnc and the control software could be mach3.
I'm enclosing 2 motor datasheets, which I think is a good compromise for my future creations.
Class 1 stepper motor model PAP-12
-Voltage: 3V
- Dimensions : B = NEMA 23 motors standardized to NEMA frame dimensions
- Dimensions: 56.4 x 56.4 x length mm
- Fixed distance: 47.14 x 47.40 mm
- Shaft diameter x length : 6.35 x 21 mm
- Type : Bipolar/Monopolar
- Number of wires: 6 wires
- Angle/step: 1.8
- Number of steps/turn: 200
- Length: 76 mm
- Locking torque: 13kg.cm
- Current per phase: 3 A
- Resistance: 1.0 ohm
- Inductance: 2.1 mH
- Weight: 0.65kg
Second motor :
Stepper motor model PAP-14
- Voltage: 3.6V
- Dimensions: B = NEMA 23 motors standardized to NEMA frame dimensions
- Dimensions: 56.4 x 56.4 x length mm
- Fixed distance: 47.14 x 47.40 mm
- Shaft diameter x length: 6.35 x 21 mm
- Type : Bipolar/Monopolar
- Number of wires: 6 wires
- Angle/step: 1.8
- Number of steps/turn: 200
- Length: 82 mm
- Locking torque: 21kg.cm
- Current per phase: 3.0 A
- Resistance: 1.2 ohm
- Inductance: 2.4 mH
- Weight: 1.30kg
Can you tell me if this is the right choice for me?
