How to move to USA...?
Mostly in accordance with the topic name.

Currently a public sector worker in the UK (working in a mid-level policy consultancy), which is perfectly normal, of course, can't complain, but I'm also not getting any younger, and deep down I've always had a vague dream of moving to the States. If I think about it, then in fact we are not necessarily talking specifically about the States, but in principle I am attracted to the following things:

- Salary (currently I am at a fairly high level, as far as possible in my career - ~ 60 thousand US dollars per year)
- Similar or better weather than in the UK (more sun, less rain-obviously depends on where in the States)
- The adventure of moving to the other side of the world (previously lived in other European countries and loved to be an emigrant)
- It's still an English-speaking country (I was there, I did it with foreign languages; I don't mind, but this is not my preference)
- Real estate with the best value (also, obviously, depends on where)
- The "get up and go" atmosphere, which I feel much more when I am in the States than here in Europe

Retraining in something more portable (accounting? THIS? engineering? an economist? - everything sounds absolutely interesting) it may be possible, although it is expensive and time-consuming, but does anyone have more accurate ideas on how to do it? I suspect that when it comes down to it, I don't want moving to the States to be difficult enough to go to all these problems (and if the answer is, "well, it's just not possible without making a herculean effort," then fair enough)

harrydavidson701l3 - What exactly are you interested in? Subsequent payments of money when you moved to the United States? When I moved from England to Singapore, I didn't sell my house. I kept the mortgage on it. Also, I began to settle in a new place. I rented out the old house and at the same time paid pounds sterling for the mortgage of it. Everything turned out exactly as I expected. After 5 years, I was able to pay off the debt for the house, rented the house to tenants in England, and had several earnings. The move wasn't difficult. Of course, it was a long way to go. However, the company https://www.cheapmoverssingapore.com/house-mover/ coped with her task and did not make me worry.

ravanax - If you want to move to the United States permanently, you need to obtain a Green Card. As a Green Card holder you can live and work permanently anywhere in the U.S. Also, check https://www.webuyhousesinsanfrancisco.com/ to sell a house in San Francisco. There are many ways to get a Green Card and become a permanent resident of the United States. Most immigrants become permanent residents through family, employment or humanitarian programs.
