Hi,

Today I tried setting a customer ringtone for a contact but changed my mind afterwards. Now I found out that there is no option for setting a "Default" ringtone.

Custom contact applications allow you to select a "default ringtone" but it's not the same and other applications such was WhatsApp messenger still consider "default ringtone" a custom one. I checked with other unchanged contacts which state "Default" as their ringtone. When I use custom contact app such as GO Contacts it states "Default ringtone notification (Beep)".

Does anyone know how to actually reset contact ringtone to default? I tried searching everywhere to no avail. Workaround such as export to sim card, delete, import is the only option I found.
