It's not even close - about half the size I spec'd. I double-checked the file I sent and the size was correct. I can't use it and it cost me $31. I'm hoping I can either get a reprint or a refund. Has anyone experienced this?

crazyblackstone - The service provider might have reduced the size due to his/her print volume being limited. This is the provider's fault and you should contact them.
