elpulpo - Hey there @vrbabe14. Are you sure you've actually placed your order? If you just uploaded your STL file from the first page, I'm not sure how you'll communicate with your printer but given the pricing that MakeXYZ calculates for that kind of order and the fact that such orders are always apparently urgent, I wouldn't expect the quality to be especially high. My advice is always to click the "Find printers" tab and actually decide on a particular printer to work with. Ideally someone who's local to you. And make sure your selected printer knows just what your requirements are. The cost may turn out to be a tad higher but the chances of getting what you need are far better. If you let me know your location I can sort someone out for you.

Hi @elpulpo thanks for your reply and advice, this is my first time here so I uploaded my stl file on the homepage and selected the material, size, etc then paid via paypal. I received a confirmation email from makexyz " Order placed on makexyz!
You will be notified when your order starts printing.

Description of project:
VR_Cable_Door_Holder_fixed.STL - quantity 1 - Black

Total price: $19.90 "

Then day later received this email " Your order is headed to the printer! If you have any questions, contact makexyz here:

Thanks for using makexyz! You're awesome. " so I have placed my order and I thought that makexyz were going to 3d print my part for me. I actually did ask for 4 quotes before and only one replied which said at this time couldn't 3d print for me. So I sent the remaining people an email saying please ignore my messages, I have placed an order with makexyz. Think its too late now to cancel my order but hope its good quality. My location is Mansfield UK.

elpulpo - Yeah, Jayme. Looks like the order's been offered to several printers and one has accepted it. This order method is something of a bone of contention here as it's pretty impersonal and who knows how the prices are calculated. If you click on "Contact MakeXYZ" you should get through to Nathan. He should be able to sort out the order. BTW, I'm in the UK too, so if you'd prefer a more personal service, let me know.
