I made a post about my parents leaning garage a while ago. The garage is leaning with rotted sill plates and a few of the rafter ties had slipped off the top plate while I was doing repairs. At this point, I've pulled the rafter ties back into place and fastened them to the top plate/rafters. I'm now at a point where I need to decide whether or not I demolish/disassemble the garage or replace the sill plates and push/pull the structure back to square. I really don't know what to do.
