Looking for a specific story. A couple decides to experiment with their completely vanilla sex life. It arrives week later and after some deliberation they ultimately give it a shot. As they try it, their intercourse is indeed far more pleasurable than usual... until it starts feeling weird. Much to their horror, their respective genitals turn into a fleshlight and a dildo, "popping out" from their completely smooth and flat groins. They try to contact the store, but only reach automated service, which puts them on the end of a really long queue. They call 911, but are taken for a prank call. Ultimately, they try to experiment on their own, applying the lubricant and rubbing each other and the resulting sex toys, but all this achieves is starting to turn them both into sex dolls, still nulled in the genital area, but with face holes. The story concludes with pair of clerks from the store reaching their flat few days later, arriving with few empty boxes, to which they pack the resulting flashlight, dildo and two dolls (separately), while filling up storage forms for new inventory.
