Stirring spices into the bottling bucket?
I'm making pumpkin ale with spices.

As soon as the beer stops fermenting, I plan to pour the beer into a bucket for bottling. Then I will add a mixture of spices "tea" (boiled spices plus vanilla extract). I plan to add a little bit first, stir, and then try. If you need more beer, I'll repeat it.

Here's my question: I know that stirring introduces oxygen, and that's bad. So what should I do? Stir very gently? Add the spiced tea and sweetening sugar to the filling bucket before I pour the beer into the bucket, and hope it mixes everything in the process?

Thank you for your help!

nickguliver111 - Do you like ale? I hate ale. I like just beer / I like to make beer myself. It turns out quite tasty

albertorodriges - I like your recipe. It is the first time I've heard of nettle beer. It even sounds bright. Is it possible to replace dandelions with something? I have a friend. His family has been creating and making beer for about ten years instead of wine. They insist on beer with honey and ginger. This year, they decided to promote their business to a new level. My friend's family decided to order craft beer packaging https://www.belmark.com/blog/beer-labels/ . They even thought out the label design. They turned out quite well. Each type of beer has its bright label. They have seven such species. And mainly on honey.
