TPE Printing
Hi,

Anybody printing with Ninjaflex TPE-like filament? I have some parts that can be built with it; one part 85 Shore A and one part 40 Shore A.

Thanks
Brad

bendbrad - Ninjaflex states it is 85A, but how it is printed would affect final hardness, is this correct?

vinnie90 - If I print it 100% solid it would be close to that number. I presume there is a standard way of measuring the hardness of a material. Probably using a solid block of ninjaflex. Printing is created in layers so I can set it 100% infill but you might have tiny little air pockets created from the lines of plastic side by side.. Honestly, you would not feel the difference at all. You can increase more flexibility (limited to the geometry of the part) by giving it less infill.

bendbrad - If you're willing to give it a try, so am I. How much do you think it will cost?

vinnie90 - ok sure. Shoot me a message on my profile and we can get started on what you would like to print and all the different spec's you need. Then I can send you a invoice of what it will cost
