Video slots say they have no record of this happening, but Gigaset says they can see that money has been captured by video slots...I would consider it technically stealing from the casino when they deny it. I've never been robbed. I have raised this issue many times in the casino chat and they say it may take me up to 24 hours to get a response from their support...From my point of view, if it didn't appear at the beginning of the deposit, it will never happen, but the proof is in the pudding. I will never invest there again. I'll accept my loss, be careful with people.
