mariamur - I like the way it is prepared in England. Probably, they cook beef best of all. Of course, it turns out not very greasy and not very hard. This recipe is prepared in a sauce of vegetables, adding powdered sugar to it for an exciting and piquant taste. Have you ever added sugar to meat so that people would then ask you for the sauce's secret ingredient? I'm doing it now, haha. Although I still really like dried meat.
