Prices were competitive. Customer service was quick but lazy. I ordered two small brackets with an alteration to the file. A second alteration was made without any consent. I was sent the package but it was returned to sender because the individual did not put my last name on the address. Even though he had ran my card and had all of my information. Then when I told him the package had been returned to sender he said "probably because I didn't put your last name on the address". He made the excuse of "I didn't have your last name". He never asked. So I had to take over an hour out of my day to fix his mistakes. So it was a very poor experience.

I would have picked excellent but he did not follow an update on my instructions that requested he "print" only one of the items, instead he printed and billed for the entire number of parts.
