Concept 2 Solutionm is a full service Printing/Design/Fabrication center. We are small, only 4 of us, but we are professionals ans will get you what you need.
For 3D Printers we invested in unique machines that can do what others can't.
Our Creatbot D600 Pro offers a HUGE 600MM cubed build window. We can print in a large variety of materials.
Our Ultimake S5 is a very precise and consistant printer with a comparatively large print volume as well as dual heads so we can print support and more complicated parts.
Our Phrozen Transform is Simply amazing. It is an SLA printer that uses a variety of Resins, it is one of the larger units on the market. 380mm x 350mm x 610mm is huge in SLA printers and the prints are gorgeous.
And the Markforged MarkTwo is the work horse. It will print incredibly strong parts with CarbonFiber/Kevlar/Fiberglass continuaous strands to give components aluminum-like strength.
If plastic isn't strong enough, we can cut out steel parts on our 5' x 10' CNC Plasma cutter. We can cut up to 1.5" thick steel.
We are also very competant 3D designers. We work in SolidWorks and have over 20 years of experience in mechanical Design.
To complete the package we have a hand held/prtable 3D scanner. We can reverse engineer whatever you need modeled.
