I am an engineer and a 3D printing enthusiast.
I will do my best to help you with your part design and prototyping needs.

I currently have an Original Prusa i3 MK3S 3D printer.

I specialize on PLA, PETG but I can do ABS/ASA printing.
I can also print Flexible PolyFlex filament and others upon request.

Please contact me and start a conversation to make sure your design is printed according to what you need the parts to do.
This includes parameters like:

* Layer height: 0.2mm is standard. 0.3 mm for lower quality but stronger parts. 0.15 is the minimum for very detailed parts.

* Infill percentage: 20% is the standard that works well for most purposes. Greater than 20% can be done for increased strength but more material is used and cost, time to print increases.

* Supports: if your design doesn't have a fully flat face and has pieces that are hanging in the air it will most likely need support structures (scaffolding) to be printed. This increases the amount of material that is needed and increases the cost. Depending on your design, it may be that more material is needed for the support structures than for the actual part and it becomes too expensive to print. In a lot of these cases, it is best to re-design the part for 3d printing (multiple pieces fastened together with screws, etc).
