About me
I run Catalyst R&D — a one-operator engineering shop in Dallas, TX. I design and build parts in-house, from concept to CAD to physical prototype.
Machines I run:
- Bambu Lab P2S with AMS — FDM printing in PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and carbon fiber composites. 256x256x256mm build volume, 0.05mm resolution.
- OMTech 60W CO2 laser cutter — cutting and engraving on wood, acrylic, leather, and thin metals.
What I deliver: precision parametric CAD in Fusion 360, functional prototypes, manufacturing-ready exports (STEP, STL, IGES), and reverse engineering from reference parts or photos.
