About me
I'm just getting started in the maker field, and I'm still getting used to the quirks of the machines I have been collecting over the past 3 years. At my previous job, I was good friends with the machinist, and he taught me how to turn parts for my projects and the proper way to handle a mill. I built my own CNC router based on plans from BuildYourCNC, and a friend and I helped fund Robo3D through a Kickstarter program in 2013. I'm currently between jobs, so I'm looking to use my free time to become better at using my new machines, and helping people with their projects feels like a great way to do it!
