I can print with virtually every filament currently available and can quote any material sold by MatterHackers.com
ABS
PLA
Nylon
Glass-filled and Carbon Filled Nylon

There is a $15 setup fee for each part/print, and this covers the first hour of machine time.
Quotes are based on machine time, material cost, and print difficulty.

A part with lots of overhangs and undercuts is more difficult to print, and therefore has a higher potential for failure. Thus, it costs more than a basic, easily printable part.
Standard prints are at .25mm layer heights and 10-30% infill. This gives a good balance between speed and quality for most needs.

Higher precision/lower layer heights require more print time and therefore cost more.

I am also experienced with post-finish processes, and, for additional cost, can apply an acetone vapor bath to ABS parts or an infiltrant epoxy for PLA and ABS that dramatically improves both appearance and strength.

I will gladly help you with material selection or any other questions you may have.
I will view your part(s) and tell you whether or not it is printable, I will also let you know about any potential issues with your part. Please know that print-ability does NOT mean that it will come out the way you need/want it. The more detail you give me about what the part is for or what you need it to do, the better.

I will do basic STL repairs on files for no charge.
I am an experienced Solidworks user and can make basic modifications for print-ability to SW files for $25/hour.
Beyond that, design work is $150/hour.
