About me
I just finished scratch building my own machine.
I am impressed with the quality I have been able to achieve with something made of junk.
After a few adjustments my test cubes have gotten to <0.05%, 0.4%, 0.7% accuracy in z,y,x axes respectively.
I intend to improve on that as a matter of pride, but I only offer a guarantee of 1% dimensional accuracy for now.
I use my printer to build my own parts andenjoy experimenting to see how far I can push my equipment.
If you select the higher price option:
If you commission parts from me of your own design, I will download them on a computer with ramdisk only and no hard disk so your files will not need to be deleted as they have never been saved in any way that they still exist after restarting the machine. There is no hard disk to mine for data. Your item will be boxed in a container that must be destroyed to open it.
Otherwise standard posting and your designs will be printed from a normal computer and the digital file will be shredded after use.
