I have an IT background in everything from data entry, infrastructure to application development. In the course of my career I have worked for both distribution companies as well as manufacturing and engineering companies. When I found consumer based 3D printers on the market I immediately picked one up and use MakeXYZ to log hours on my Makerbot Rep2.

This project is a rather complex organic shape with internal vented chambers into which Epoxy will be injected. Epoxy injection went well. Dan was able to print the parts without using support material.

These parts were sliding tubes with keys and keyways. The parts fit perfectly with no cleanup. The parts were printed as specified and done with great quality in a timely manner.
