About me
We have a BFB-3000 Plus dual head printer and custom aluminum bed and heater for larger ABS parts. We use ABS, PLA, and plasticized wood 3mm filament in a variety of colors.
Vertical (layer) resolution is 0.125mm maximum (0.005"), with 0.25mm and 0.5mm optional. Printed feature positional accuracy is +/-0.01 to +/-0.02", minimum wall thickness approx. 0.025", and hole diameters in the 3D model should to be 0.01" over sized for fasteners to avoid minor post print hole enlargement/machining.
We use *.stl files and slice with Axon or KISSlicer. We have printed varying items including mechanical hardware, flying micro air vehicle parts, and RC transmitter parts.
