Hi my name is Stephen and my company name is Exact 3D Manufacturing Services. I have been making things by hand for 20 years and have decided it is easier,more efficient, and more accurate to do it with a machine. I built a KRM02 CNC with a cutting area of X=55", Y=102", Z=4.75". I'm capable of speeds up to 400 IPM with tolerances of .004". My machine currently mills wood, plastics, and foam. I have made 3D exotic furniture, foam molds, and numerous small parts for machines. I have a large supply of foam, plastics and wood on hand and ready to mill. I am an extremely hard worker and will not rest until your order is shipped. If you need design or cad work done our partnering company Eccentric By Design can assist.
