Our mission is to provide affordable, quality 3D design and printing services. We've worked with everyone from architecture students needing a visual aid for a final project, to start-up companies needing small runs of prototypes. We love unusual challenges, and we'll stay with you until you're satisfied with the object in your hand.


Terms and Policies
General
MakeXYZ provides a communication system, file hosting, and escrow services, none of which are free. The customer pays a service fee for use of the MakeXYZ website. As this fee goes straight to MakeXYZ, it is not refundable by Flying Penguins. 3D Printing is generally a very accurate technology, however there are many factors that affect the final dimensions of the model(s). We do our best to ensure the dimensional accuracy of every model, but we cannot guarantee accuracy unless your requirements are discussed before we give an estimate. We can print your model(s) in a variety of materials, each with different applications and physical properties. If you have a specific requirement for your model (such as strength, color, wear resistance, etc), you must discuss it with us before we give an estimate. 3D printing is best suited for small runs and prototypes. We may not be able to produce models in large quantities.

Delivery
Your model(s) will be delivered by us, the USPS, or another parcel carrier (at our discretion). All packages sent through the post will be shipped USPS Priority or First Class unless otherwise stated.

Returns and Refunds
As all orders are custom, no returns are accepted unless there is something wrong with the model(s). The MakeXYZ service fee pays for the use of the website. It is never refundable by us.

All refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, we may do one of the following:
•Refund a portion of your order, you keep the model(s) as is.
•Send new replacement model(s) at no additional cost to you.
•Refund your entire order, plus reasonable return shipping for the model(s). You send the entire order back to us.
