I use a Form 2 stereo lithography printer. It is capable of creating very detailed prints with smooth surfaces. I currently have clear resin available for prints. It takes paint well. I can print as small as .025 but it can get tricky. It is hard to tell the difference between .05mm and .025mm prints. This article illustrates the different layer heights.

Jason promptly messaged me to clarify a few things and then started printing. We met the *next day* for part delivery - no need for shipping as we are practically neighbors. The quality was quite good (formlabs Form 1), and the prototype helped me come up with a slightly better design. This was my first experience with 3D printing and I am amazed at the potential.
