Jerry is incredibly helpful and insightful. This is my first time designing a product and having it printed out. With his exterpise, I was able to recognize and correct a few mistakes of my design. Plus, he suggested and did the model in colors! I would never have thought to do the model in colors. I was surprised and accepted the color suggestions. I don't think anyone else could be better a job than Jerry.

I had a big project, he priced it very fairly and had it shipped out in less than a week. He also responded immediately to any question I had. There were a handful of pieces that had leftovers from the printing on them or showed printing problems, but he gave me information on how to clean them up myself and reprinted a piece that was beyond repair at no additional cost.

Jerry was very professional. The order was prompt, and delivered as promised.Every thing on his part was perfect. Unfortunately, the pieces printed did not fit together as they should. Jerry and I are looking at the pieces to see where the problem lies. Mr. Lepore has been most helpful, and professional. I'd definitely recommend his services again, even with my setback. And that is quite a commentary on this person's integrity.

Everything went well between jerry and I over time. Only was not informed of the actual size of my requested design due to printer limits, I was expecting a full size design printed from the conversations from the beginning, then about halfway through being supported I was informed of the scale of the end result was miniature, requiring another round of 3d printing for full size prototyping.

The parts were printed out not to the specifications outlined in the files and furthermore, the plastic that was used not smooth enough. This was a wing airplane design and we had to reprint most of the project.
