Design engineer with 10 years experience of 3D modeling, designing, prototyping, manufacturing and marketing.

My 9-5 consists of product development for an aftermarket Jeep accessories company. I create 3D models using Solidworks, then 3D print the parts to ensure good fitment before sending the part off for first article (FA) samples. I also typically design test fixtures and print those as well to ensure the FA samples meet my design requirements.

My designs are always evaluated on how easy they would be to manufacture. This is always a crucial step that some designers will overlook if they have never been in a machine shop or factory. If you have a part you're looking to eventually manufacture, I can help steer the design to accommodate that.

My printer is a large build volume printer that'll print up to 12"x12"x18". This printer has dual heads for multi-color or support material. I typically run ABS and PLA, but it is capable of running several different materials.

Most of the images shown are from parts that I have designed for work. These range from fixtures to prototypes used to check fitment on the vehicles.
