About me
I am an engineer, been working in the mechanical and manufacturing industry for 8 years.
Offering 3D services including, modeling, design, 3D drawing, 3D printing using PLA plastic.
Price starts at $0.45 per cm^3 for the standard 300 micron resolution or layer height. Also there is an initial fee of $5 for slicing a model that has already been 3D modeled and sending it to the 3D printer for printing.
I charge a modest $80/hour for CAD design and development.
So if you have a need and cannot find the part, contact me and i will assist you in designing, modeling, developing, and printing you parts, I just need the following:
- Dimension
- Tolerance
- Color
- Shipped or picked up
The printer is a MakerGear M2 is very well rounded printer, has a build size of 200 wide, 250 long, 200 high, thats 8x10x8 inches, and has a very good consistency, and reliability, able to print a low as 80 microns, however not a very noticeable difference between it and 100 microns, so i only go as low as 100 microns. (Standard is 300 microns)
Note: 200 micron resolution is $0.55 per cm^3.
100 Micron is $0.75 per cm^3
I can do multi-color models as long as the colors are in layers relative to the seated position of the model on the build platform. (Additional $5 for each additional color will be added)
