Hello Makers!
I'm studying Industrial Engineering at Iowa State University.
Last summer I built a Mendel90 Reprap, and since then I have been printing all sorts of fun objects as well some precise samples for a Phd student to perform tensile strength tests (the samples were produced in a range of temperatures and speeds so that we could measure the weld stregths given different printing variables).
I also work in the Rapid Manufacturing and Prototyping Lab on campus running and maintaining a UPrint and Stratysis 3D printer (however only my Mendel90 is up for hire).
