About me
Mechanical Engineer with a MarkForged Mk2. This printer is an industrial-grade printer which prints in either carbon-fiber infused nylon or pure nylon. This is the desktop version of their top-of-the-line X7, which has all the build quality and strength but in a desktop-friendly package.
The materials data sheet can be found here: http://static.markforged.com/downloads/composites-data-sheet.pdf The white nylon is stiffer, and the black CF-infused nylon (trade-name Onyx) is stronger.
