2015 - PLEASE read below completely as I get 10 Q&A for every One order made...

Post all Question BEFORE ordering. This is not for low cost or speedy services. Many models do not print correctly the first time... I must watch the entire print for problems and quality control (web cam helps).

include your desired materials (PLA/ABS), the ACTUAL model size (mm/in) and colors or finish for the model you would prefer.
A file must be included. STL files preferred but not required. Note that any custom file conversions & model re-designs or fixes to models gcode or stl will start at $29/hr minimum 1 hour!

Printer used is CEL Robox Printers (Local) / Off site services available (non-local) USA and Europe for all some specialized materials or Metal Prints. Local pickup DFW area. S&H $5.95 CONUS Details are 20 micron (0.02mm layers) .3 and .8 mm nozzles, 210x200x150mm MAX + Larger volumes "stitched" & HOT glued together. Drafts setting for Beta or Fit testing are 100 Microns and .8mm layers

Special pricing for Beta materials like PolyMax, PETT, Carbon Fiber , Taluman & PC/NYLON will cost EXTRA plus SETUP!

Do not exceed max build volumes 210x200x150mm unless you want extra setup/finish charges. Smoothing and post process finishing only by prior request!

Custom sizing, re-sizing, polygon reduction and special watertight meshes are avail by request. Warning custom supports and removal of some unique shapes from models may require 20-30% MORE material cost or require manual post removal steps for some open shapes and long arches or fine points... you may perform these yourself for complex shapes.
