- Customer sent multiple file revisions, over multiple messages with imperceptible changes. After 3 days of messaging, different files with the same name and handoffs between multiple parties on customers side, an order was placed with extreme urgency for 24 hr turn around.
I delivered face-to-face and customer was happy/complimentary during meeting. Customer then changed his opinion after ~12 hours.
Customer did not give me a chance to do a gratis reprint after an explicit offer to do so.
