When requesting a quote, please be sure to specify the intended use of the part. If your part is a component of a mechanical device it is critical you let me know so I can orient the part correctly for printing to insure the maximum strength on the correct axis.
Please indicate your part size to ensure that the correct unit of measure is being used (inch, mm, cm).
Unless you specify otherwise, I will assume you are requesting 0.3mm layer, 30% infill, when making initial estimates.
When possible, provide the original source file (STEP, IGES, AD_PRT, SKP, SCAD, etc) along with the STL, in case there is something wrong with the STL.

Great build quality, fast response time & very informative. Also a killer price compared to others on here.
