Hello,

Working for over 20 years in the manufacturing sector I have decided focus is on quality and customer satisfaction as a rule. I have an eye for detail, have a solid engineering background. I can easily work with completed ideas to dream projects requiring anything from help with design ideas, simple printed parts to fully functional models cast and machined to high tolerances.

I run a variety of machines including a Custom CNC router table, several style 3D printers, Custom Vacuum forming, Sand Aluminum casting, Plastic/Epoxy molding and more being developed. If there's a need I will find a way to make it happen.

From duplicating existing parts to new custom designs I can work with many different mediums and ideas. I also offer custom CAD work being able to take someones vision and make it into reality, either in rapid prototyping, finished design, duplication, one off, or small production runs. Recently I have worked with a large specialty corporation designing mounting brackets for travel cases of sensitive equipment. This entailed design and rapid prototyping custom mounts which were then molded in a moderate batch amount to close out the project.
