About me
I specialize in producing parts and prototypes in ABS and PLA with a quick turnaround time. I can also do small CNC milling jobs in wood, plastic, and aluminum.
I also offer limited laser cutting services in 1/4" plywood, as well as acrylic and other laserable and etchable materials such as anodized aluminum and glass.
To keep your cost low, and quality high, I 3D print using only black, white, and gray ABS and PLA plastic. If you have need of a speciality color or plastic ( flexible, conductive, carbon fiber, high temperature PLA ) feel free to contact me for a custom quote.
I exclusively use Simplify3D software for preparing models. This software is superior to the vast majority of 3D printing software out there, and ensures a fantastic looking, solid, and well supported object. It also ensures that I use only as much 3D filament as needed, reducing your cost.
The LulzBot TAZ 6 printer I use has a very large working volume, and can print objects both rapidly at lower resolution, as well as objects with high resolution.
I can also offer flexible material printing ( ninjaflex, colorfabb flex, polyflex ) and food-safe printing with adequate lead-time and a higher setup fee.
* My standard setup fee is $5 for small jobs.
* If conversion, repair, or design work is needed, an hourly design rate is available.
* Items are shipped as they come off the printer. Support material removal, final sanding and finish are up to you.
* If material and color are unspecified, the color selected will be gray and the item will be printed at 200 micron resolution in PLA.
