About me
I am a Mechanical Engineer by day and a tinkerer by night, I have been slowly adding more printers to my print farm. I've been building and tuning 3D printers since 2011 and have been lucky to operate a Xerox ElemX 3D Metal printer. I have 100s+ hours of material tuning and pushing my printers to extreme quality and consistency.
I always use high-quality filament (HatchBox or ColorFabb) that keeps prints clean, consistent, and less problematic for repeatable results. All my printers also have humidity and temperature-controlled spool containments for the best results.
I am proficient in 3D modeling and reverse engineering, have strong mathematics/FEA, and have a natural understanding of manufacturing from my mechanical engineering position.
