Hi, I am an electrical/mechanical technician, that has recently discovered 3D printing.

I'm running a Creality Ender 3 V2 with an upgraded extruder(creality all metal).

I initially wanted to make parts for my Yamaha motorbike, but found the endless possibilities a 3D printer brings.

From a motorbike GPS stay/bracket to small end caps, spaghetti measuring utencils, to small toys. The best thing i designed and printed was a key for my sons money box that had been lost for 2 years. Or fixing the sliding door, by replacing the damaged roller that is now obsolete.

Learning how to fault find the issues that crop up with running a 3D printer has been the hardest challenge. After 4 months of trial and error, the print quality is pretty good.

I am very much still learning the CAD side, but find great accomplishment in designing and creating a 3D print that solves a problem.
