Things I've Made
About me
I've been designing and printing robotic parts for about three years. I've printed mostly in PETG because of it is generally more durable than PLA, but I've also printed quite a bit with eSun PLA+, which is much stronger than normal PLA. I don't mind rounding up other colors of PLA+ or PETG as needed for your job if you don't mind a day or two delay. I've printed with wood PLA quite a bit. It can turn out really nice, especially if you do a good job sanding it and staining it afterward.
Keep in mind that my build volume is limited to 200mm x 200mm x 180mm or so (around 8" cubed).
Regarding designing, I might be able to help with design if you're local. If you have trouble with overhangs and bridged areas the I have quite a bit of experience customizing the supports.
