Welcome to Obsidian Layer Labs. We specialize in high-strength, industrial-grade additive manufacturing using the Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro.
Our equipment is optimized with a 0.6mm hardened steel nozzle, allowing us to print advanced composite carbon fiber materials with exceptional reliability and layer bonding.
We offer two distinct engineering-grade tiers for our Carbon Fiber orders:
1. PLA-CF (Standard Tier): Optimized for ultra-stiff, dimensionally accurate jigs, fixtures, enclosures, and indoor functional prototypes. Delivers an exceptional matte finish.
2. PETG-CF (Premium Tier): Engineered for rugged mechanical components requiring outdoor UV resistance, chemical resilience, and higher impact/thermal thresholds.
*Design Constraint Note: Due to our 0.6mm nozzle configuration optimized for composite strength, please ensure your model's minimum wall thickness is at least 0.65mm.*
