This person works full time so his initial response to my quote was hesitant based on a quick, fatigued look at it. But after that we quickly agreed on a price. I had exacting requirements for how I wanted two sets of parts packaged and he met my expectations perfectly. He even threw in a 2 ft section of raw material after I asked for it after the invoice price was approved. I could have used a notice when he shipped the parts but otherwise he did a great job of satisfying my order.
