I am self taught and have proven the value of 3D printing for the Garland Shirt Factory by printing an obsolete part to keep a $10,000 plotter operational, as well as multiple machine jigs to streamline the manufacturing process.

I can design basic geometric pieces and plan on upgrading to 3d scanning capabilities. I am building a Dual Extrusion Printer to offer a wider diversity of capabilities. The two machines I currently run are basic Anet A8 Prusa style printers that have been upgraded and tested to be more reliable and handle the riggers of full time printing.

The latest objects I have made are Masks, Face shields and Mask ear supports for the local Medical clinic. I have also designed and printed a replacement grill knob for a neighbor who otherwise would have disposed of his grill.

The parts I primarily print are from STL files. Any GCODE files sent must be in the Marlin format and will be printed as is. All prints will have any supports and stringing, if any, removed. They will not be polished or smoothed. If there is any assembly or extra hardware required then an additional fee would have to be negotiated and may cause delays in shipping.

Orders are printed on a first in first out basis. Any "bumping" ahead will cost extra. Shipping is done through standard USPS. Any special shipping needs can be discussed during our first meet.
