Two FDM (Plastic Extrusion) printers - Resolution choices are between 100 and 300 micron. 300 micron prints are great for rapid prototyping.

Prints requiring rafts and supports may require finishing. I cannot spend time cleaning up the parts for you, so it will be up to you to remove the raft and any support material. I can acquire additional colors on request but may take a few days for it to come in.

I will soon have three additional Delta robots for additional FDM work. My largest build area will be over 1300 cubic inches of build volume (11" Diameter by over 14 1/2" height) to accommodate the largest of parts!

My Resin printer is under maintenance but will be back online soon.

I also have a 45W CO2 laser cutter with a cut area of 20x12 for hire. It can cut acrylic, wood, paper, cardboard, etc, and can also etch onto metals using cermark material. Wood and Acrylic cuts are up to 1/4" thick.

Laser cutting options include a high-resolution lens for engraving accuracy below 8pt fonts with a .003" dot size and a rotary attachment for engraving or etching on circular objects. Laser cut files should be in PDF format.

Feel free to send me any STL parts you are interested in making, and I'll do my best to help you out and provide valuable feedback. 3D Design work is limited to assisting with repair or modification of an existing model you are needing printed. Please submit all STL files in millimeter measurements.

2D laser cutting vector cut ($1/minute) + material
2D laser cutting raster engrave ($2/minute) + material

There is a minimum $10 order regardless of item volume. If you are under $10 significantly, I can provide multiple copies of the item to make it closer to $10. :) I can also ship to anywhere in the USA or Canada.
